Rychlik Health is a virtual naturopathic practice founded by Dr. Liz Rychlik, ND, focused on providing evidence-informed, personalized care for women’s health.

Dr. Liz, ND takes a root-cause approach to care, working closely with patients to understand the underlying drivers of their health concerns and create treatment plans that are both practical and sustainable. Her clinical focus includes fertility, digestion, and general health optimization.

Appointments are conducted virtually, allowing patients to access care from the comfort of their own home.

Policies To book an appointment, please select your preferred appointment type and available time. A credit card is required to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee. You can make changes to your appointment using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
